All purchase frames are covered with two years warranty repair service of:
• Free replacements of screws and nose pads.
• Free adjustment of dis align frames.
• Free solder of the frame for a broken temple or nose pad bridge.
note: All solder frames are just temporary to help patients prepare for a new set of eyeglasses.

Do you accept item replacements?
Yes, the following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to BVP Santos Optical online orders only.
For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email to BVPSantosOptical@gmail.com. Our dedicated customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.
Requests for replacement are only valid if:

The product delivered is damaged.

The product is expired.

The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.

Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods.

The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired Refund of order is subject for approval of management.
